Though official release of FireFox3 is still few hours away, there are few links on web sphere from where you can download it (Mozilla Servers).
And I am one of early birds who downloaded it from the FTP site (ftp://mozilla.isc.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.0/win32/en-US/ ) from Mozilla server.

Don't do it! Anything you dl from there won't count toward the world records (read the index.html). Just wait for their website to come back up and help FF set that record!
